To use, fill the cavities with chocolate (scraping off excess with a spatula), allow the chocolate to harden, then lift the chablon with a peeling motion. The chocolate pieces should stay on the table. If some of them don't come out of their cavities, simply lay the chablon back down and hold each chocolate piece in place with a finger as you peel the chablon off.
