F. Dick sausage stuffer. F. Dick 24 Lb. table top sausage stuffers represent the
highest quality hand operated sausage stuffers in the world today. With the gear
rack in the up position, remove the stuffing tank and fill with your product.
Lock the stuffing tank in place on the stuffer’s frame and turn the crank to
produce perfectly formed sausages. The air-exhaust valve, in the piston, allows
excess air to escape as the piston moves down. The valve closed automatically
when the piston touches the meat. This decreases air pockets in your sausage
links. This F. Dick stuffer has a stainless steel gear box, cylinder, base
plate, and support rods. Piston seals tightly against cylinder and rubber seal.
Piston provided with patented air valve. Fast back stroke. Can be disassembled
quickly for easy cleaning. Comes with 4 filling tubes: 3.8" - 1/2" - and 1". All
models can be used in USDA plants.
