This commercial quality sausage maker is great for restaurants, culinary
schools, butchers or any one with large meat processing needs. This sausage
filler comes with stainless steel gear box, cylinder, base plate and support
rods from stainless steel. Piston seals tightly against the cylinder and rubber
seal. Can be disassembled quickly for easy cleaning. Four tubes are included.
All models can be used in USDA plants.
