Aluminum Food Containers Built for Transporting 4 Different Kinds of Food. (Sizes and volumes of parts as given below apply to the smaller, 174 oz container)
Container includes a frame (approx. 7-1/2" wide x 13-1/4" high) with a wooden bar at the top. As seen in picture above, the u-shaped part near the top of the frame can be pointed downward to lock the compartments in place during transport (container on left side) or moved outward to give you room to remove the compartments from or slide them back on the frame (container on right side)
The container's other parts are 1 bottom compartment (54 oz; 6-1/2" diameter x 3-1/8" high)
3 identical upper compartments, like this one (40 oz; 6-7/16" diameter x 2-1/2" high)
And 1 lid (6-1/4" diameter x 1-1/2" high)
Taking apart the container is easy: After removing the lid, push the topmost compartment up until it is free of the frame, twist the compartment until its loops are away from the frame, and pull the compartment outward toward you. Do the same with the other compartments
Taken apart, the container comprises parts that are heavy duty and sturdy yet lightweight and easy to manage
Put the container together the way you took it apart: While pressing the strips on each side of the frame together, position each compartment within the frame, starting out with the loops twisted away from the frame until the compartment is even with the metal strips, and then with the loops straightened out, until they can slide over the inner part of the metal strips
Assembled, the 174-oz container measures roughly 14-1/2" high, with a 6-3/8" diameter base.
Bonus for Orthodox Jewish Customers: Containers Are Kosher Certified (Badatz Yerushalayim, Eidah Chareidis) And Don't Require Tevilah (Mikvah Immersion)
