  • The heavy-gauge steel plaque has a nonstick finish, guaranteeing 12 perfect sponge cakes, miniature corn cakes or biscuits.

  • The traditional bakers' molds are made of steel, protected by a heavy coating of tin (or a non-stick finish), and rimmed for strength and durability.
