- A multipurpose seafood tool!
- The Fishtool is designed to remove pinbones from raw fish; backbones and
skin from cooked fish and shells from shellfish.
- The Fishtool allows you to "identify" the exact location and
pattern of pinbones in salmon steaks by laying the "v-guide" of
the Fishtoold on the steak. Then, using the tweezer end to pinch, simply
remove the pinbones prior to cooking.
- Season, marinate and cook your steak to desire doneness. Use the blade of
the tool to insert into the fish while cooking, then simply tilt it, to see
when the steak is done.
- Once cooked, use the blade of the tool to cut down and separate both sides
of the backbone from the flesh. Use the tweezers to pinch and remove the
backbone assembly.
