Not recommended for liquid, as the manufacturing process of these molds leaves a couple of pinhead-sized holes (about 1.5mm) on the bottom of the mold that liquid may seep through. Use these molds for a thicker substance like dough or batter.

Christmas Tree Paper Baking Mold
We love the paper baking molds. Makes a decorative presentation of the gifted cinnamon rolls in the shape of a tree and ease of use. The paper pans are listed as not needing any treatment to the pan to avoid sticking but in our case we found they did stick. Perhaps it was because we were using cinnamonsugar and butter brushed on the rolls before baking. We now brush lightly very lightly the bottom of the mold to allow better release and guard against leakage in oven while baking. We will be using them again next year.

Pan leaked
Though it is nice shape the mold leaked and when trying to remove from mold it fell apart. Disappointed because your products have been perfect and the speed of delivery has been awesome.

Perfect for linzer tortes
These molds are great for linzer tortes. One standard batch makes one great looking tree. We use the Saveur recipe http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Linzertorte
This year, with COVID, we've only had small gatherings out back, so we used the smaller molds. COVID or no COVID, these molds are perfect for spreading holiday cheer.
