Designed for smooth, efficient and economical cutting of wrapping paper. The spring provides proper blade tension from the full roll to the last cut to eliminate waste. The floating blade is self-adjusting to the contour of any roll and locks in the open position for easy loading. Unit is unichrome plated for durability and lasting good looks. Shipped assembled, unit measures 29-1/2" wide x 5" deep x 11-1/2" tall.
