Stainless steel
cutters can be used to cut shapes from sugar paste, almond paste, sugar modeling
pastes and pastry. They can also be used with craft clays. (Keep food use and
non-food use tools separate)
- Roll out paste to desired thickness
on non-stick surface
- Cut out using firm pressure to ensure
a clean edge.
- Wash cutter carefully after use to
prevent build up of paste residue on sharp edge
