Cast this elegant flourish whole or separate its elements to create a variety of edible decorations. This mold design is beautiful in fondant, marzipan modeling chocolate. (A little tricky in couveture, but it can be done.) Perfect for the sides of a cake, individual desserts or decorations on chocolate gift box. This is a very versatile mold.

This mold is made of food contact silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300º F/148° C.
