With its radial petals and high shine, this design is fabulous in chocolate. We have even seen some very patient chefs paint in the details of each petal with colored coco butter to better capture the celebration of the bloom. Radiant in sugar, fondant, marzipan and more.

This mold is made of food contact silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 300º F/148° C.
