Tart Tamper & Molding Stamp

Tart Tamper & Molding Stamp
Making tarts is an art form, but the artist is only as good as his or her tools. With one of our baker approved tart tampers, you can masterfully level your crust for a picture perfect fruit tart. These molding stamps come in different diameters, allowing you to craft tarts both big and small without over-working your crust. To use a tamper, press the end into the dough in your tart tin and evenly shape the crust before filling. We stock plastic, wood, and stainless steel tampers and stamps to match your culinary preferences, though each utensil is commercial grade and ready for even the busiest kitchens and bakeries.

The perfect tart is only a stamp away once you have one of our deluxe tart tampers and molding stamps. These bakery essentials are designed to be used to tart tins or molded by hand depending on your culinary preferences. To use a tart tamper, place a rolled ball of dough in your tart tin, then press with the end of the tamper to form a perfectly pressed crust along the edges of the tin. Molding stamps, on the other hand, allow you to shape the crust by hand. Place a ball of dough in the stamp, then use your fingers to shape the crust within the mold. Whichever method you choose, you can then fill the crust with fruit, cream, or something a little more savory to enchant your customers with each bite. Be sure to keep both a tamper and a tart molding stamp on hand to stay prepared.
