The Artisan Silicone Mold Platter Ellipse is 11¾” L x 6¾” W x ½” thick and was originally made as a support platform for a chocolate showpiece. The more time we spent with the mold, the more uses we found. Put a few spheres beneath the platter to make an elegant chocolate serving tray. Want an Asian theme? Attach the platter to the back of two Zanzibar Elephants™ and let them carry your guests’ imagination to faraway lands. If sugar showpieces are your thing, cast the platter with a ½ round insert and then slump the mold to give it a graceful curve, or set the platter on a 4” sugar sphere and you will have a modern-looking piece the Jetsons would be proud of!
Made of food contact safe silicone. Wash before use. Do not heat above 450º F/232° C.
