Stick a fork in it, it's done!
Actually, don't. This is meant to hold your confections and and let the excess chocolate drip off while you are enrobing. Works like a charm

Efficient but smaller than I hoped
It works great but I was hoping for a larger fork to hold more truffles to run under skimmer. I would buy it again.
