This manual bagel slicer uses guillotine action to slice fresh bagels safely. The base section self-centers the bagel while the pointed stainless steel blade cuts the bagel in half as the user simply pushes down. The double serrated blade features Xylan Plus, a nonstick coating . Clear view guards, made from unbreakable Lexan resin, safely isolate fingers from the slicing action.

The freestanding base section is molded with high-impact Lexan resin in a gloss black color and contrasts smartly with the silver gray handle. This commercial smallwares product uses only FDA approved materials for direct food contact.
