KE011 can be used as the insert for your dessert. Silicone baking supplies from Pavoni combine the ease of baking in flexible non-stick bakeware, with chic Italian design. Introducing the Pavocake range of Pavoni Silicone Baking Pans and Molds, these pans are great for cakes, ice creams, jellied desserts and more. These pans are freezer, microwave and oven safe, temperature resistant up to 536 degrees, and you can even wash them in the dishwasher. Pavoni silicone baking supplies won’t pick up residual odors or tastes from other foods, and their flexibility makes these pans so easy to clean, and to store.
If the mold is dirty, rub with soft sponge and mild soap (like the liquid kind used on dishes).
To sanitize the mold, leave in oven for two minutes at 150C (302F).
