The 3D Transer Sheet is placed at the bottom of the pan
Fill the pan with what will be the top layer of your cake first. Then the second and so on.
The bottom layer of the entremet or mousse should be the last layer when filling your pan
Freeze, then invert, and peel off the 3D transfter sheet.
This 3D Transfer sheet is not for baking. To be used for assembly only
