I finally found a Rosette Iron set just like the one my mother had. This is not like other rosette iron holders that are clamped. The irons screw onto the handle which makes it more safe to keep the irons in place therefore your iron
will not fall into the hot oil.
Seasoning was very easy to do and once that was done, the Rosettes were perfect!
One hint: Once batter is made, refrigerate batter for two hours and the Rosettes will hold their shape better while frying.
