Shortbread exchange We are a small 18th and 19th century business, catering to reenactors from French and Indian War through the end of the CivilWar.

We sell English fruit crumbles in our disposable fluted molds. The product cooks perfectly, and releases with no difficulty on to the wooden spoons purchased for eating. All both are packaged in a white paper bag!

Excellent Disposable Tart Pan I've used these tart pans for several years. Very sturdy and crusts brown nice and evenly. Very nice presentation for a food gift. Kerekes has best price that I've found.

WORKS PERFECTLY! I use these as individual cakes & tarts when I cater, OR, as individual servings when holding dinners in my own home. Cooks very evenly, products remove so easily. Lovely to give as gifts. Have done both sweet & savory - works just fine.

We love Novacart Optima molds Novacart baking molds are great to control portion size for baking and customers love the cute little pan. We use them for muffins, sticky buns, coffee cakes and frittatas - to bake and to sell / serve.

Not For Frozen Production This seriously does not work for frozen pie shells. The paper lifts away and becomes limp when it is put in the freezer.

Great baking molds These are wonderful molds for when you want to make a few or many tarts. Can bake in them more than once -- no charring nor did the fall apart. Very durable. Love 'em!
