    Matfer Gastroflex Silicone Bakeware I used this for mini cheesecakes and they turned out perfectly shaped with a beautiful texture. Highly recommend.

    Mini Muffin I've looked for sometime to find silicone mini muffin bakeware. I have not had the chance to try it out but hope to do so this weekend. I make a mini pecan muffin that is a serious challenge to get out of regular muffin tins regardless of the finish.
