Non-stick without a coating
I've made 3 cakes since I received this pan.I used Mazzola spray and flour, and after resting 20 minutes the cakes all came out perfectly. Even browning and beautiful pattern. Replaced my Nordic-ware pan, which was quite problematic and more expensive.
