The "Vibrating Flour" Sifter Did not come with any instruction manual or warranty card...
First of all, this unit does NOT stand up on its own. You MUST clamp it onto a table or your counter top. I guess they did this to make sure the unit stays in place and doesn't walk off the table while vibrating.
Secondly, when it vibrates it sends flour into the air, so expect to have flour falling in the 2 foot radius around the machine. It would have been nice if they had a cover. I guess you could probably take aluminum wrap and cover it yourself.
Lastly, the flour comes out a shot from the bottom of the sifter. We used a plastic bag to "catch it as it comes out and to minimize a big floury mess. But you either have to hold the bag or tape it to the machine.

After all is said and done this machine does work, but it a bit of a pain. Maybe not worth the trouble. Unless you are going to be doing a lot of flour at one time, it might make sense for you to get this.
