Mr Jack L Cavanaugh, Residential Home Customer This polycarbonate plastic is made of excellent material and will make me some chocolate chips for many years! Because of my allergies, I am going to make my own hypoglycemic an hypoallergenic chocolate chips by using Lollipop Rooster Beet Sugar from Europe.
I am very, very slightly allergic to cane sugar and I have allergies to nuts and tapioca root starch in regular powdered sugar, and some other allergies.

Polycarbonate mold is Excellent This product is sturdy an can take a warm liquid chocolate that will cool to form what I can use as chocolate chips! B/c of my slight allergies to cane sugar, I can now mix my own chocolate liqueur, an use Lollipop Rooster Beet Sugar an organic chocolate to make my own hypoglycemic an hypoallergenic chocolate chips that are probably organic!
