Panettone Paper Mold These worked out great! Also known as "small panettone cases"; these aren't the easiest to find especially in this size. The little cakes looked extra professional.

Such a perfect baking mold My client wanted some of my Monkey Bread but was weary of having multiple people share the same loaf. These molds were the perfect size for me to make individual breads for them. My clients was elated.

Perfect Panettone Papers Love these papers. They keep their shape during baking. I use these to make individual coffee cakes. They are always a conversation piece.
