Makes Truffles Easy
I got one of these molds about a month ago and have used it a few times to make ganache truffles. It's very easy, does exactly what the video shows. Sometimes, some of the ganache balls don't set up quite as solid as the rest, but I'm sure that has more to do with my recipe than the mold.
I've tried baking with it as well and it stood up to the heat just fine. All around, this is a great, sturdy product that is a great value.

Does what it's supoosed to
Saves time. Used it for both truffles and another time for caramels, filling them by half. Nice form, comes out easily.
