Best Baguette pan made, period! Best baguette pan made period! Brush oil the pan, and dishwasher clean later. No warping, twisting, or other problems.

Designed to last Reinforcment under the curves keeps the aluminum in shape. Anodized surface provides surface integrity. First time I sprayed with canola oil to improve release. Seems to work just right. Width of 2 1/2" seems just right for baguettes.

Great Pans For Straight Evenly Baked Baguettes To avoid making crooked baguettes I wanted to use a baguette pan. I looked at many of them, especially the non-stick ones that are cheaper. In the end I chose the Fat Daddio's pans - I bought three of them - because I wanted to avoid heating chemicals in the non-stick pans to 550 degrees.

I am very happy with them. Now my baguettes are straight, cook evenly and have the marks of professional baking on them. When I bring baguettes to friends for the first time I always tell them I bought the baguettes from a chic french bakery; they always believe me because my baguettes look and taste great. The one thing you have to be aware of is that you MUST oil them a little before placing the baguettes in them, otherwise, when you take them out of the oven the baguettes are GLUED to the pan. I tried oil and I tried flour and found out that oil works best.

By the way, buying from Bakedeco was an awesome experience. I placed the order online on Wednesday morning but since this was the first time I ordered from them I called five minutes later to make sure everything was okay. The lady on the phone was very helpful. Here is the shocker: the next day I was using my baguette pans!!!
