Need more recipes sized for this pan I bought this pan 2 days ago and used it for the first time this morning. I sprayed it with baking spray (with flour) and followed the recipe on the package. I measured the amount of batter in each enclosure with a 1 1/2 inch dia. ice cream scoop. My brownies did not "turn out" as I expected, and there was no room for even my smallest spatula to lift them out.

However, each cake has a firm crust on all sides and I found that I could lift them out easily using my fingertips. Each cake with a fudgy center, which is a nice contrast with the crusty outside.

I decorated them in 4 ways -- powdered sugar, plain, chocolate sauce with finely chopped nuts, and butterscotch sauce with sliced almonds. They are very pretty on a cake stand under a glass dome. I would appreciate more recipes to fit this pan.
