Tempering Made Simple
The Chocovision Rev 2 makes tempering a snap.
1.Turn it on
2. Add chocolate
3. Press the type (white,milk, or dark) button
4. Wait while chocolate melts and when at the target temperature machine beeps to tell you to add seed
5. Wait until beeps again which tells you to remove any seed that hasn't melted.
6 Wait for machine to beep again and ready light is lit. The chocolate is now tempered.
