Quality Stainless Steel Ateco is the leader in bakery supplies and this item is no exception. I am using it to make mini French Bombes, and the quality materials used (heavy duty stainless steel) are superb for my needs. They freeze faster because of the metal, and they come out easily with just a hot cloth applied.
