plastic scraper not good for icing cakes The scrapers I received had nicks in them so they weren't any good to use to ice my cakes because they put lines in my frosting to where it would not be smooth.

Dough scraper Not as thick as some, but work very well. I have them all over my kitchen. I wouldn't be without them!

Does what it's ment to do Gets the job done, easy to clean and fits comfortably in hand. Only con would be that it's not stiff enough and feels a little flexible. For The price I don't mind it though.

Great product! Exactly what I needed. Made well, flexible and sturdy comes out of dishwasher looking new. Price is crazy cheap. Couldn't ask for more ... except it was also FAST shipping!!

Dough Scraper Exactly what I was looking for. Added bonus-German made. Saw comments about little nubs on surface of straight edge. Easily removed-I used a file, nail file or emery board would probably work as well.

Tiny detail I have used it once. It does what is supposed to do. My only complaint: The scrapers appears to be molded in pairs, and separated after molding, with a tiny bump remaining in the center of the working edge. A razor can easily cut away the small plastic bump. connection. The cheaper 50-cent scraper which I also bought did not have this tiny bump.

Good tool Great, inexpensive (even after factoring in the shipping cost), perfectly simple tool. Not too stiff, not too soft, just right. Recommended by my bread baking guru, Zack Golper, master baker at Bien Cuit bakery in Brooklyn.

Just the kind I Like These are the ones. They are a little stiffer than the cheaper plastic scrapers. They clean up better, they work better, they last longer.
