A Very Unique Item ! For creating hot sugar creations, this is the easiest way to go ! To simplify it even more, instead of using hot sugar,use pre-colored isomalt sticks called "cakeplay", or use chocolate for molding candy. freeze the molds,dip in the chocolate,or sugar ,wait 3-4 seconds & pop off mold ! Don't immerse in the sugar,or chocolate past the edge,or you will have trouble popping it off the mold ! Takes some practice, very cool product that will last a life-time !
