You can create magnificent cakes with this silk screen. It can be be used to decorate either the side or the top of cakes. The screen Works the same way as our decorating stencils. You place the silkscreen on a silpat. Spread the cocoa paste on the silkscreen Spread cocoa paste with a spatula or a racla (squeegee); take the frame away and put the silpat, which will now have the design on it, into the freezer. When the cocoa paste has set, spread biscuit or jaconde on the silpat (on top of the cocoa design) and bake it for 6-8 minutes at 350 degrees F. When done, invert and peel off the silpat and cut into desired strips or shapes to fit the desserts or cake.
