PR30
The PR30 Ravioli Machine makes ravioli from two layers of dough and is capable of producing up to 30 kg. (66 lbs.) of ravioli per hour. It has a stainless steel body and, using interchangeable dies, makes ravioli of all different shapes and sizes. Changing dies is a simple and fast operation.
The PR30 can operate with a dough sheet made by any press or sheeter. The dough thickness is adjustable, and it is possible to use any type of soft stuffing, such as meat, cheese or vegetables. The stuffing quantity is easily adjustable.
Standard equipment includes a stainless steel stand and one 50 mm square ravioli die. Die are available in various sizes and shapes; custom dies may be ordered.
For maximum production, we recommend use with a P35A Pasta Extruder.
