By far the best way to make fresh ravioli A learning curve to get them right. This product I like because once you roll in the ravioli it tightens them up so that you can get a perfect boiled ravioli. If you ever done ravioli by hand you know that you need to make sure the filling is tucked in tight because when you boil the filling could spill into the boiling water and you get a watered down tasting ravioli. This from my experience prevents that and my family loves them. Thanks again for another great product.
