No, warm water only. Rinse the pan, wipe it off, rub on oil and keep in a dry place.

Retired my last non-stick pan.
The new deBuyer mineral b is a perfect compliment to my blu steel crepe pan.It was easy to season and has the heft to sear as well as cast iron.It makes perfect non stick eggs with only a touch of butter.I could not be happier with the Kerekes/Bake Decofast shipping too.
