Eppicotispai Garganelli Board and Gnocchi Stripper
- Paddle width 2-3/8 inch, paddle length 4-11/16 inch
- Paddle thickness (until tapered part) 9/16 inch
- Handle length 3-1/8 inch
The paddle part of this gnocchi paddle (as opposed to the overall tool) is not the same size as the paddle part of the gnocchi board that comes with a mini pin.

Eppicotispai Gnocchi Roller ridge paddle
The results are a beautiful dough shape with my first try using egg,flour, and semolina. YouTube provided excellent gnocchi plus more videos.

Best Gnocchi Roller
Worked as well as my mom's roller that she brought from Italy. It made fast work of a job that can take time without the proper tools.
I'm very happy with this product.

Awesome
This little paddle is wonderful. It was the first time I made gnocchi and this made it a breeze. It is very easy to use and clean. Love it!
