Traulsen UST7212-DD-SB offers NSF Standard 7 Performance, reinforced pan ledge, removable pan cover and white nylon cutting board (full length). Sides, top and drawers are made from stainless steel. This material is immune to the corrosion and it is highly resistant to scratches. On the other side the interior is made from aluminum.
