This unit comes with white nylon cutting board (full length), automatic evaporator and insulated pan lid. The doors are made from stainless steel and they have stay open and self-close features. These features are mandatory in professional kitchens. With the unit, you also get 4 adjustable legs. 60 and 72 models come with 6 legs.
