39-1/2cm pan is 30cm on flat part and 2-3/8 inch high.

This extra-thick professional frying pan has two firmly welded handles. It has many different uses and proves ideal for paella because of its flared shape, letting liquid boil down and evaporate fast. Its heavy-gauge thickness allows food to simmer.

    • Perfect for sealing, frying and browning
    • Induction, for household and professional use
    • 3 millimeter thickness retains the shape of the pan
    • Perfect heat conduction
    • Do not leave the pan to soak; not for dishwasher

de Buyer Carbone Pus - 39 1/2 cm Fantastic pan. Thickness holds heat well and you won't have to worry about warping in the center with pans of less quality. Great for frying up a mess of potatoes or cooking big steaks. Sears perfect. I use it also for large roast and hens in the oven.
