The choice of professional bakers worldwide, this scale is made to last. This Bakers Beam Scale is an all-cast-iron construction. Case hardened steel pivots and bearings and powder-coated finish make for a durable, reliable, dependable and accurate scale. Scale comes with footed scoop (11.5" x 21.5"), tare weight and two 9-inch steel plates. Weights are also included, the 8-lb scale (1402P) coming with one 1-lb weight, one 2-lb weight and one 4-lb weight.
