Stainless steel pan that's placed at each end of a Rondo sheeter to catch dough (so it doesn't fall to the floor) when the rolling/pressing down of the sheeter has thinned and stretched the dough the whole length of the sheeter belt.

Catch pan fits and works perfect looks a little different than OEM but it does the job
