Pastry Brushes
I actually ordered two of theses pastry brushes in two different sizes, wow they are much larger than I anticipated, I've compared them to my previous brushes,and they appear to be a better quality, appear to be. I like the structure, the size and how it handles. I mostly used them when making puff pastries and, but they have many uses, will see when I actually washed my pastries with them, hopefully there will be no hairs left over from the brush. I purchased them based on the reviews.
