A full size Round Indents 5" Flexipan measures 18" x 26" creating 11 Indents, the perfect number for commercial and residential bakeries. Each Indent is 5" with a 2.53 oz. capacity, creating thick decadent baked goods. Flexipans are made out of fiber glass and food grade silicone, this special blend results in multiple benefits. The silicone and fiber glass mixture creates a textile that is temperature resistant, excellent at conducting heat, non-stick and bakes food evenly. Products easily pop out of their indent without breaking apart. For baked goods simply turn the Flexipan upside down to remove the product from its indent. Jellified and frozen items can be removed by bending the product out of the Flexipan. Sasa Demarle's Round Indents 5" Flexipan conforms to European, French and United State silicone regulations. To clean the pan soak in hot soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge.
