NOT GREASEPROOF
We purchased these cake boards and was very excited to use them. First it was very affordable compared to the cake supply store near us. However they are not grease proof. We bought a lot for our bakeshop thinking we will be able to use them. I just wish the company indicated that they are not grease proof.
