Designed with narrow wires, this whip works efficiently to aerate a variety of foods and is compatible with the PPM-20 floor mixer. This piece is a direct replacement part for the original and is excellent to have on hand if the original part has gone missing or is in the dishwasher
This wire whip is manufactured from stainless steel, so it is strong enough to handle heavy use without getting bent out of shape and is also rust and scratch resistant.
