Pavoni PX3214 Silicone Slake Mold

Nicolas Bacheyre’s talent for an idea of brilliant simplicity. The traditional slice of cake becomes a modern protagonist thanks to Slake, the kit consisting of silicone mold and cutter for base and insert. This gives endless possibility of creating many different interpretations, to be combined in a single, special composition.

Resistant to cold (-40^oC / -40^oF) and heat (280^oC / 536^oF)
Grease mold before using in the oven for the first time
Wash mold before first use

To clean a Pavoflex mold after use, rinse with hot water. If the mold is dirty, rub with soft sponge and mild soap (like the liquid kind used on dishes). Can also be put in the dishwasher. To sanitize the mold, leave in oven for two minutes at 150C (302F).

Pavoni PX 3214 So much more presentable than cutting slices from a larger cake. Elegant with glaze down the sides. Great for varying ingredients or for gifting a single portion. Pavoni : great quality.
