After trying our 360® 6” Narrow Flexible Boning Knife, you will never want to use another knife to debone meat. The narrow blade offers just enough flexibility to make precision cuts to make for easy bone removal without damaging the meat. This knife is also great for filleting fish, and trimming fat off poultry and smaller cuts of meat. Our contoured 360® handle design combines durable polypropylene with slip-resistant santoprene for comfort and performance.
