Chef Master Black Powder Food Color Great for food coloring. Leaves no bitter taste. Highly recommend.

Used to Tint Powdered Sugar I used red and green to tint powdered sugar and it worked fine, and added no moisture to the sugar. Although the colors turned out more pink and mint green, I liked the soft colors. I didn't want to add more but I imagine the colors would be more intense if I had. Very nice product!

How to use powder colors Excellent if you use it right
Bought this item because I was trying to get pitch black color. When added to fondant, make sure to add a drop of hot water to dilute powder color, otherwise what you get is dirty purple-gray
