    This Cookie Depositor can produce from 1,250 to 1,750 dozen wire-cut uniform cookies per hour, depending on choice of die and a 17in. or 24in. machine. The 17in. model is adjustable for 16in. to 19in. wide pans,

    Manual Speed Controller
    The speed of the entire machine (feed, stroke & conveyor) is controlled by the "Speed Adjust Handwheel" and the "Feed Adjusting Screw", which will allow up to 70 stokes per minute.

    More Sanitary & Economical
    Sanitary features include a stainless steel dough hopper that can be instantly removed for cleaning by loosening two hand screws, and a stainless steel hinged fold-down table on each end with aluminum pan rollers.
