I ordered this mixer after watching several videos reading everything I could find. I mainly wanted a larger capacity bowl with easier access for adding flour other ingredients. The Ankarsrum functions differently than any other mixer I've ever seen or used and I am really enjoying it--I've used the roller and the dough hook the stainless bowl the plastic all worked perfectly with my recipes Plus the super fast shipping from Kerekes Bakedeco cant be beat
